1. About Ezeriq

Ezeriq is an independent AI tool discovery and recommendation service operated by Avram Rosenberg-Whyte, trading as Ezeriq. It helps users discover and compare third-party AI tools based on the task they want to accomplish.

Ezeriq is not itself the provider of the third-party AI tools listed on the site.

2. Independent service and no endorsement

Ezeriq is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the AI tools or companies listed on this site unless we expressly state otherwise.

Product names, company names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the products and services being discussed or compared.

3. Recommendations and match scores

Recommendations are generated using AI-assisted intent classification together with Ezeriq's own ranking logic and database. Match percentages are product-facing relevance scores designed to help users compare options. They are not guarantees, probabilities of success, or independent scientific measurements.

A tool shown as the highest-ranked option may not be the best choice for every user. Your circumstances, budget, technical requirements, preferred workflow and other factors may affect which tool is most suitable.

4. Ratings

Quality, ease-of-use and value ratings are editorial comparison indicators used by Ezeriq. They are intended to help users compare tools and should not be treated as objective certifications, warranties or guarantees.

Ratings may be updated as products change, new information becomes available, or our evaluation methodology evolves.

5. Product information may change

We try to keep product descriptions, pricing classifications, free-plan availability, API availability and other tool information accurate. However, third-party providers may change their products, pricing, plans, features, availability or terms at any time.

You should check the provider's official website before making a purchase, subscription, business or technical decision.

6. Third-party websites and services

Ezeriq links to third-party websites and services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, pricing, outputs, privacy practices or terms.

When you visit or use a third-party AI tool, your relationship is with that provider and its own terms and privacy policy apply.

7. Prompt handoff links

For certain supported tools, Ezeriq may provide a "Continue with" link that carries a contextual version of your search request to the third-party service.

These links are provided for convenience. We do not control whether a third-party provider accepts, preserves, displays or processes the pre-filled request, and their behaviour may change without notice.

8. Affiliate links and sponsored content

Ezeriq may in the future use affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and purchase or subscribe to a third-party service, AI Tool Finder may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships should not determine the ordinary organic ranking of tools. Any paid placement, sponsorship or promoted result should be clearly identified as sponsored or promotional content.

9. No professional advice

Ezeriq provides general product-discovery information only. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether a third-party AI tool is appropriate for your intended use and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

10. Availability of the service

We aim to keep Ezeriq available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of any feature.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, tool listings or parts of the service as the product develops.

11. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls or rate limits, interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities, use automated requests in a way that materially disrupts the service, or use Ezeriq for unlawful activity.

12. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Ezeriq is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on a recommendation, rating, match score, third-party product description or third-party service where such responsibility can lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Intellectual property

The original software, design, written content, ranking methodology and other original materials created for Ezeriq are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Ezeriq, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to users in their own jurisdiction.

The governing-law wording should be reviewed and finalised once the legal identity and place of establishment of the site operator are confirmed.
