1. About Ezeriq

Ezeriq is operated by Avram Rosenberg-Whyte, trading as Ezeriq. Ezeriq provides AI-tool discovery and recommendation features and, through Ezeriq Plus, lets users ask Ezeriq to route and execute tasks using supported AI and technology providers.

These Terms apply when you access or use Ezeriq, including Ezeriq Plus. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. AI-tool recommendations

Recommendations may use AI-assisted intent classification together with Ezeriq's ranking logic and database. Match percentages, ratings and rankings are comparison aids, not guarantees, probabilities of success or objective certifications.

Third-party products can change their pricing, features, availability and terms. You should verify important information with the relevant provider before relying on it.

3. Ezeriq Plus

Ezeriq Plus can select and use supported providers to perform tasks for you. Depending on the request, this may include text generation, research, presentations, images, transcription, file-related tasks and other supported capabilities.

Ezeriq may offer a Standard option using a single provider or a Workflow option using multiple providers in sequence. The provider or workflow shown before execution may depend on the task, available integrations and the information you provide.

4. Accounts

Ezeriq is intended only for people aged 18 or over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an Ezeriq account or use Ezeriq Plus. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

You must not access another person's account without permission or attempt to circumvent authentication, security, credit or usage controls.

5. Ezeriq Credits

Ezeriq Plus uses Ezeriq Credits to price supported tasks. The number of credits required for a task is shown before you choose to run it where the product provides a price confirmation.

Credits are an internal service unit used to access Ezeriq Plus. They are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency or an investment, have no cash value outside Ezeriq, and cannot be transferred between users unless Ezeriq expressly provides that functionality.

Credit requirements may vary by provider, task or workflow and may change for future tasks as provider costs and the service evolve. Changes do not retrospectively alter credits already consumed by a completed task.

6. Payments

Payments for Ezeriq Credits or other paid features may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. The price and currency presented at checkout apply to that purchase, subject to any applicable taxes or other amounts disclosed at checkout.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms. Any refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available to you. If you believe a payment or credit charge is incorrect, contact hello@ezeriq.com.

7. AI-generated outputs

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, distributing or acting on them.

Ezeriq does not guarantee that an output will be unique, error-free or free from third-party rights. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of an output is lawful and appropriate.

8. Professional and high-impact decisions

Ezeriq and AI-generated outputs are not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. Where accuracy or professional judgment matters, independently verify the information and obtain appropriate professional advice.

9. Your prompts, files and other content

You retain any rights you have in prompts, files and other material you submit. You give Ezeriq the permission necessary to host, process, transmit and otherwise use that material to operate the service, execute your requested tasks, maintain relevant conversation context, provide support, secure the service and comply with law.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to Ezeriq. Do not upload or submit material where doing so would infringe another person's rights, breach confidentiality obligations or violate applicable law.

Only submit personal or confidential information that is reasonably necessary for your requested task. Unless Ezeriq expressly provides a feature designed for that purpose, you must not intentionally submit special-category personal data about yourself or another person, such as information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic data, biometric data used for identification, health information, sex life or sexual orientation. You should also not submit passwords, authentication codes, unnecessary financial account details or identity documents.

When you ask Ezeriq Plus to process a prompt, file or other content, information needed to perform the task may be transmitted to one or more third-party AI or technology providers selected for that task. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing in more detail.

10. Third-party AI and technology providers

Ezeriq relies on third-party providers to deliver some features. When a task is routed to a provider, information needed to perform that task may be transmitted to that provider. Provider availability, processing behaviour and technical capabilities are outside Ezeriq's complete control.

Ezeriq also links to third-party websites. When you leave Ezeriq and use another service directly, that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply.

11. Intellectual property

Ezeriq's software, design, branding, original written content, ranking methodology and other original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Ezeriq's technology or branding.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party providers do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use Ezeriq unlawfully; infringe the rights of others; introduce malicious code; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorised access; probe or exploit vulnerabilities; bypass security, rate limits, payment or credit controls; or use automation in a way that materially disrupts the service or imposes unreasonable load.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

13. Service availability

We aim to keep Ezeriq available and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI providers, hosting, databases, payment services and other dependencies may experience outages, delays or changes.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, integrations, providers or parts of the service as Ezeriq develops.

14. Affiliate links and sponsored content

Ezeriq may use affiliate links or display sponsored or promotional content. Where applicable, paid placement or sponsorship should be identified as such. Affiliate relationships should not determine ordinary organic tool rankings.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, Ezeriq is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on AI-generated output, recommendation scores, third-party information or third-party services where that responsibility can lawfully be excluded.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and service data are handled when you use Ezeriq. You should read it alongside these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Ezeriq changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
