Ezeriq Tool Submission Terms

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the tool and the information, trademarks, logos, screenshots, images and other materials included with your submission.

If you are submitting on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to make the submission and grant the permissions described in these Terms on its behalf.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and not intentionally misleading.

You are responsible for notifying Ezeriq if important information about your tool changes or if information in its listing becomes materially inaccurate.

You retain ownership of all trademarks, logos, names and other intellectual property that you or the relevant rights holder own. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to Ezeriq.

You confirm that you own, control or otherwise have sufficient rights and authority to provide any brand assets included with your submission.

By submitting brand assets or other materials, you grant Ezeriq a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and technically adapt those materials for the purpose of operating Ezeriq and listing, identifying, describing, recommending and promoting the submitted tool on Ezeriq and Ezeriq-related services.

This permission includes displaying the submitted tool name, company name, trademarks, logos, screenshots and other approved brand assets where relevant to the tool's listing or discovery on Ezeriq.

Technical adaptations may include resizing, cropping, file-format conversion or other changes reasonably necessary to display an asset correctly. Ezeriq will not intentionally materially alter a trademark or logo in a way that misrepresents the brand.

Where you provide Ezeriq with applicable brand guidelines, Ezeriq will make reasonable efforts to use submitted brand assets in accordance with those guidelines.

You are responsible for providing current guidelines or notifying Ezeriq of material changes to them.

Submission does not guarantee that a tool will be accepted, published, featured or remain available on Ezeriq.

Ezeriq may approve or reject submissions and may remove listings when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the platform.

Acceptance onto Ezeriq does not guarantee any particular search position, recommendation, rating, traffic, exposure or commercial result.

Ezeriq may determine search results and recommendations using factors designed to help users find tools relevant to their needs.

Ezeriq may format, categorise, summarise or edit factual information supplied in a submission where reasonably necessary to create and maintain a useful listing.

Ezeriq may also use publicly available factual information to keep a listing accurate, subject to applicable law and intellectual-property rights.

You agree not to submit materials that you know you do not have authority to provide.

If you become aware that submitted material infringes or may infringe another party's rights, you should notify Ezeriq promptly.

An authorised representative may contact Ezeriq to request that submitted brand assets be updated or removed.

Ezeriq may retain records reasonably necessary to document a submission, previous permissions, legal obligations, disputes or platform administration even after an asset is removed from public display.

Ezeriq may update these Tool Submission Terms from time to time. Each version may be identified by a version number or effective date.

The version accepted when a submission is made may be recorded with that submission.
